Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have an independent Quality Management and Technical Support department, staffed by experienced professionals with years of expertise in the battery and charger industry. The team is responsible for full-process quality control, from PCBA solution design and mold development to finished product assembly, covering Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Inspection (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC). Meanwhile, our R&D team provides parallel technical support to ensure seamless integration between product design and production quality.
Quality Control Procedures
We have established a comprehensive quality management system covering the entire product lifecycle: Incoming Material Control: Strict incoming inspection for key materials including battery cells, electronic components, and plastic housings In-Process Control: IPQC patrol inspections during production, with quality control points at critical processes Finished Product Control: 100% FQC inspection combined with AQL random sampling to ensure shipment quality Customer Complaint Closure: 8D report mechanism for quick response, driving root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
